Welcome to OLIO PERKS, our way of thanking you for shopping with us. By joining our loyalty program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Eligibility
OLIO PERKS is free and open to all customers with a registered account on our website.
Only one membership account is allowed per customer.
2. Earning Points
You will earn 10 points for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are calculated based on the final checkout amount after any discounts, promo codes, or vouchers.
Points are credited within 24 hours of a completed order.
Points will be reversed if the order is cancelled, refunded, or returned.
3. Redeeming Points
Every 100 points = RM10 credit toward your next purchase.
You can choose to redeem your points at checkout.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
4. Expiry of Points
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
5. Exclusions
Points are not earned on purchases of gift cards, shipping fees, or services (e.g., alterations).
OLIO reserves the right to exclude promotional or sale items from point accumulation.
6. Account Tiers (Coming Soon)
We may introduce member tiers and bonus perks in the future (e.g. birthday gifts, early access, exclusive previews).
7. Changes to the Program
OLIO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the OLIO PERKS program at any time without prior notice.
In the event of termination, unused points will expire.
8. Abuse or Misuse
OLIO may suspend or revoke membership for fraudulent activities, misuse of points, or violation of terms.
We advice you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.
So how do I register?
Click on the left bar of the page and fill out your email address and preferred password. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list, which includes sale notifications, new arrival updates and discount coupons!
What happens if I forget my password?
Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address.
All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively , you may email us at shopoliofolio@gmail.com to check.

What is a Preorder?
A preorder is to give another chance for customers to purchase designs which are previously sold out or exclusive.
How do i purchase a Preorder item?
It's exactly the same as purchasing an in-stock item. The only difference is that you will receive the purchased items by a later date approximately within 2-3 weeks.
How do I track the status of my Preorders?
We will update you the status of your order upon request by you through email. Please only purchase when you can wait, as sometimes we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed, and a full rebate refund will be made if our shipment is insufficient as per your order. Full refund will only be in the form of store credits. - check store policy
What happens when I purchase a Preorder along with an in-stock item?
If you have purchase a preorder item along with an in-stock item(s), we will deliver the items together in one parcel unless we have been notified otherwise. Separate deliveries will incur extra shipping charges which is to be borne by the customer.
Usually, we will release extras from Preorders once all the Pre-orders have arrived and despatched out .However, we generally do not provide restocks as it would depend on various factors such as the availability of fabric, the demand for the item and the current on-going trends.
Please note that all confirmed orders are final.
We’re unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, as each piece is prepared and packed with care.
