All normal alteration will take at least 4 - 10 days depending on the complexity of work required. We can usually provide an express service (less than 4 days) on request, at an additional cost of +30%. This depends on the order size and the work required. Please contact us to enquire about our express service.

Home visits are available for alteration bookings of 8 pieces and above.
This helps us manage time and travel with care. To schedule, just drop us a message!

A small travel fee may apply for home visits, depending on location.
We’ll always confirm the amount upfront before your appointment is booked.
 

It is very rare that customers are not happy with our work, but if you are disappointed when you receive your item back, please get in touch with us within 3 working days upon dispatch and self collection, so that we can fix it if possible. Usually we will either redo the work free of charge but we do not pay for the extra postage fee incurred both ways, 

We’ll notify you once your pieces are ready.
You may collect them from our studio by appointment, or we’ll gladly arrange a courier to your doorstep (delivery fees apply).
