Each piece is different — we’re happy to advise via WhatsApp on what’s possible.
Do you provide an express service?
Most alterations take between 4–10 days, depending on the work involved.
If you’re working with a tighter timeline, an express service may be available on request (less than 4 days), subject to order size and complexity. An additional express +30% fee applies.

How do I book a fitting or consultation?
Prefer to stay in? We’re happy to come to you.
Home visits are available for alteration bookings of 8 pieces and above, allowing us to plan time and travel thoughtfully.
A small travel fee may apply for home visits, depending on location.
We’ll always confirm the amount upfront before your appointment is booked.
What if I'm not happy with the work that's been done?
While it’s rare for adjustments to miss the mark, we understand that fit is personal.
If something doesn’t feel right when you receive your piece, please let us know within 3 working days of collection or delivery. We’ll always do our best to review and adjust the work where possible.
Additional postage fees, if any, are not covered.
How do I collect my altered pieces?
We’ll notify you once your pieces are ready.
You may collect them from our studio by appointment, or we’ll gladly arrange a courier to your doorstep (delivery fees apply).
